At acquisition, the center was 68% occupied and in need of strategic repositioning to strengthen performance and reconnect with its trade area.

Since taking over, Poag has implemented a targeted leasing and merchandising strategy focusing on fitness, dining, specialty retail, and experiential concepts that resonate with the growing local community. Within the first year, Poag increased occupancy by 16 percentage points — reaching 79% — with new leases including Hotworx, Social Lounge, and Bareburger.
