Poag Shopping Centers, in partnership with JLL, was engaged by Sand Hill Property Company to provide retail representation, merchandising insight, and mixed‑use strategy expertise for The Rise—a transformative, ground‑up urban district being developed on the former Vallco Town Center site in Cupertino, California.

As part of the project team, Poag contributed advisory support across multiple components, including:
