Dick’s Sporting Goods signs 80,000‑sq‑ft anchor lease at Minnesota’s Rosedale Center

Roseville, MN – A long‑vacant anchor space at Rosedale Center—left empty since Herberger’s closed five years ago—will soon welcome a major new tenant. Dick’s Sporting Goods has signed an 80,000‑square‑foot lease for the prominent building at the 1.2 million‑square‑foot Minneapolis metro destination.

The transaction was brokered by JLL, and Poag Shopping Centers will oversee the redevelopment and construction of the new Dick’s Sporting Goods space, further strengthening the center’s merchandising mix and long‑term performance.
