The Avenue Viera raises over $108,000 at 10th annual St. Baldrick’s Big Shave

Melbourne, FL – The Avenue Viera was honored to once again support the fight to #ConquerChildhoodCancer during its annual St. Baldrick’s Big Shave this past weekend. The St. Baldrick’s Foundation hosts signature head‑shaving events around the world, inviting volunteers to shave their heads in solidarity with children battling cancer while raising funds for lifesaving research.
This year marked the 10th anniversary of The Avenue Viera hosting the Big Shave in Central Park—and the community showed extraordinary support. Nearly 100 shavees raised $108,444 for pediatric cancer research. Over the past decade, The Avenue’s Big Shave events have collectively contributed more than $2.1 million to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.
