Keith Laird

Vice President, Leasing

Keith Laird serves as Vice President, Leasing for Poag Shopping Centers, where he leads the company’s overall real estate and tenanting strategy across Poag’s portfolio of centers.

Keith brings 32 years of leasing experience to Poag. Prior to joining the company, he served as Executive Vice President of Leasing for The Howard Hughes Corporation, where he oversaw all aspects of leasing for the company’s operating centers and redevelopment projects, including management of a national leasing team. Before his tenure at Howard Hughes, Keith held Executive Vice President of Leasing roles at both Vintage Real Estate and Westfield, further strengthening his expertise in merchandising strategy and deal‑making at scale.

Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Upsala College and has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for more than 32 years.
