Greater Hartford Food Truck Fest Serves Up Fun and Flavor at The Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk

South Windsor, CT – The Greater Hartford Food Truck Fest made its debut at The Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk on Saturday, June 23 and Sunday, June 24, attracting over 5,000 guests each day for a weekend of food, music, and family fun.

More than twenty of the region’s top food trucks offered an eclectic mix of cuisines, from apple fritters to Vietnamese specialties. Guests sampled authentic Poutine, Bengali, Brazilian, Mediterranean, and Puerto Rican fare, along with indulgent treats like fried manicotti, bacon-wrapped grilled cheese, deep-fried Oreos, homemade cannoli, pulled pork mac & cheese, and fresh-squeezed lemonade.

Live entertainment kept the energy high, with six bands performing throughout the weekend, creating the perfect backdrop for families and friends to enjoy the festival atmosphere.
