This project marks the first ground-up development under Poag’s strategic partnership with JLL, established in August 2022, and represents a major step forward in creating vibrant, community-focused destinations.

About Avenue One

Spanning 200 acres, Avenue One is envisioned as Omaha’s “Western Gateway,” delivering a dynamic mix of retail, dining, hospitality, residential, and office spaces. The development will also feature six miles of walking trails, creating a connected and active environment for residents and visitors alike.
