Flatbread Company Joins The Shops at Evergreen Walk with Wood-Fired Pizza and Community-Focused Dining

South Windsor, CT – The Shops at Evergreen Walk welcomes Flatbread Company as the newest addition to its restaurant lineup. Known for all-natural, wood-fired, clay oven pizzas, the restaurant also offers organic salads, desserts, and a full bar.

This marks Flatbread Company’s second location in Connecticut, and the brand is committed to giving back to the local community. Each Tuesday, the restaurant will host benefit nights, donating a portion of sales to a different local nonprofit organization each week, while sourcing ingredients from nearby farms.
