Deer Park Town Center Hosts 7th Annual St. Paddy’s Day 5K/10K Run & Walk

Deer Park, IL – Deer Park Town Center welcomed runners and families on Saturday, March 17, for the 7th Annual St. Paddy’s Day 5K/10K Run & Walk. The event drew over 1,300 participants who enjoyed a festive morning complete with live Irish music that set the tone for a spirited race.

Runners were greeted at the finish line with a pot of gold chocolate coins and shamrock-shaped cookies, creating a fun, celebratory atmosphere for all ages. In addition to the excitement of the race, the event raised over $2,800 for WINGS, the charity partner, and collected non-perishable food items for the Lake County Deputy Reserves.

The annual St. Paddy’s Day Run at Deer Park Town Center has become a beloved community tradition, combining fitness, family fun, and charitable giving.
