Roosevelt Collection Hosts 23rd Annual Chicago Half Marathon Pre-Race Weekend

Chicago, IL – Roosevelt Collection kicked off the 23rd annual Chicago Half Marathon & 5K with a weekend of pre-race festivities on September 21–22, 2018, welcoming over 15,000 athletes to the center. As the official venue for the marathon’s Packet Pick Up and Healthy Way of Life Expo, the center provided a seamless and engaging experience for participants.

Retail space was transformed into the Packet Pick Up site, where runners collected race shirts and gear check bags at The Rooftop Park. The Healthy Way of Life Expo brought together sponsors, vendors, retailers, and nutrition experts in the Plaza, featuring a fun run hosted by Fleet Feet Sports and complimentary fitness classes from Yoga Squad, Shred415, and Title Boxing Club. Guests also enjoyed the center’s diverse shops, restaurants, and entertainment, making the weekend both active and convenient.

The event highlighted Roosevelt Collection as a premier community hub, blending fitness, wellness, and lifestyle in a dynamic, engaging environment.
